What do I need to remember after booking a lesson?
1. Download Microsoft Teams.
2. Access the link sent to your email from Microsoft and sign in to Microsoft Teams using the same email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email, and mark it as 'Not Spam' to ensure future email delivery
3. After we've added you to your chat with your chosen tutor, please make sure to enable notifications within the chat. This will enhance communication and help with any questions or queries.
4. Join Microsoft Teams at the scheduled date and time for your lesson.
5. Following your lesson, we appreciate you sharing your feedback by leaving a review on our testimonials page.
